DENCO is in the business of Construction Management
services, particularly in the fields of building, infrastructure
and real estate development projects. Our clients are private
and public entities, joint venture or general partners, real estate
developers, non-for-profit organizations and individual investors.
We, as the construction management team, represent the owner /
client throughout the project horizon, coordinate and intermediate
will all parties involved in the project (e.g., design consultants
and contractors). Particular duties of Construction Management
may include, but are not limited to: aid in defining and developing
the client's needs, representation, consultation and assistance
to the owner / client on all construction related issues; implementation
of scheduling, budgeting and value engineering techniques, revision
of design and engineering documents, design and execution of the
project's subcontractor bidding system, coordination of designers
and contractors, control and reporting of construction progress,
monitoring and coordination of quality control and QA agencies,
review and control of claims, handling of change orders and final
payments, and supervision of the turnover and project closeout.
