LA CASA - Student Housing Project
DENCO is the Construction Manager – Builder (GMP) of a new student housing project for The Resurrection Project. The complex will consist of a cast in place 6-story dormitory building and a masonry load bearing 4-story apartment building. Both facilities will feature ample glass curtainwall systems, a terracotta facade and vegetative green roofs. The project is located in Pilsen, Chicago, IL.

LYNXS Chicago CargoPort
DENCO is the Construction Manager – Builder of a 200,000 SF a LEED Silver Air Cargo Warehouse, concrete apron capable of receiving four 747-800 aircraft, landside truck yard and related infrastructure in the newly designated Northeast Cargo Facility Campus at O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, IL.

Laborers’ Union Training Facility

UNO Charter Schools
DENCO has formed a Joint Venture with F.H. Paschen for the Readaptive Reuse of an existing 170,000 SF factory into three charter schools (two elementary and one high school).The $44 million + design-build contract includes the architectural services of UrbanWorks, Ltd and features sustainable design elements to meet LEED Gold certification, Chicago, IL.

Instituto del Progreso Latino
DENCO is the CM / Builder & PM of the 20,000 SF renovation of an existing brick building for a community center located in Pilsen, Chicago, IL. The project consists of office space, classrooms and community center.

Toyota / HB&A Construction Monitoring
DENCO collaborates with HB&A (Portland, OR) to provide construction monitoring services for new car dealerships projects in the Midwest and Southern United States financed by Toyota Financial Services. Projects include locations in IL, WI, MO, MI, AR, TX, TN, MN, NY, GA, KY, LA and SD.

South Chicago Flats
DENCO will own / develop thirty (30) condominiums in the South Chicago neighborhood. Homes will consist of approximately 1,200 SF and will incorporate sustainable design elements.
