DENCO has formed a Joint Venture with F.H. Paschen for the Readaptive Reuse of an existing 170,000 SF factory into three charter schools (two elementary and one high school).The $44 million + design-build contract includes the architectural services of UrbanWorks, Ltd and features sustainable design elements to meet LEED Silver certification, Chicago, IL.

DENCO collaborates with HB&A (Portland, OR) to provide construction monitoring services for new car dealerships projects in the Midwest and Southern United States financed by Toyota Financial Services. Projects include locations in IL, WI, MO, MI, AR, TX, TN, MN, NY, GA, KY, LA and SD.
