- Help establish our client’s needs and
translate them into the definition of the project
- Calculate a base budget; assist in the preparation
of a detailed project estimate
- Prepare a dynamic baseline schedule (from
pre-construction to turnover)
- Review zoning, conformance with City codes
and assist in obtaining construction permits
- Assist in the selection of architects and
engineering consultants
- Coordinate and manage designers and consultants;
review the design documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance
with specifications
- Perform a value engineering and constructability
study
- Assist in implementing a contractor bidding
system; request, receive, analyze and compare proposals and
issue our recommendation for the selection of contractors
- Assist in the planning and implementation
of a successful mobilization plan and start of construction
